In addition to the 5 x-rays, we are interested in the weight of your dog. Please provide 3 body weights from three different times. Each weight should be representative of the normal body weight for your dog. Please do not include pregnant weight, weights during whelping, weights before maturity, or weights during illness. If you cannot provide three normal weights, provide as many as possible.
